For me, IT excellence means the people outside the server room rarely have to think about the computer network. Stable, reliable, secure networks don't just happen. It takes real expertise and foresight utilizing valuable experience to create and maintain the "studied uneventfulness" that our clients take for granted. Sure, we can go into crisis mode when we have to. But our goal is to make it all look easy.
It takes tremendous time and effort to find engineers who meet our exacting standards both for technical expertise and customer service. But it's the only way we can be the company we strive to be. In the end, what sets Concept Technology apart is our willingness to be held accountable to the standards of excellence we've set for ourselves. We never ask our clients to sign term contracts. We believe there's only one good reason for a client to give us repeat business: because we've given them value that has exceeded their expectations. Some people would call that working without a net. Maybe. But it's worked so far. Maybe it's the reason Concept Technology is continuing to serve more new clients every day.
